The reason for writing Reflections From the Heart is to let others know that if you weren’t born with a silver spoon in your mouth—such as myself—you don’t have to be a statistic or a product of your old environment. Whatever hardships, limitations, sorrow, or betrayal you are going through, there are others who have or who are going through similar paths. We can become bitter, or we can become better. And we can choose forgiveness in order to gain freedom. Thank you so much for this honor.
