I write that I might inspire, encourage, and inform. But I also write for the same reason:
a canary sings in its cage
an acorn grows into a shaded oak tree
a waddling duckling matures into a graceful swan
a caterpillar morphs into a beautiful butterfly
a daydream turns into reality
contented cats purr
a bud blossoms into a beautiful rose
a mountain goat climbs the Rockies
a ripple of water forms into a majestic wave
an eagle spreads its wings and soars
a child dances in the rain
